“Antiquing Digital Images in Photoshop” shows you how to how to take any digital image or photo, and turn it old and weathered. Part one shows you how to modify the color, blur the image and reduce the picture quality to something a little more “old timey”. Part two covers a few graphical additions to your image to make it look torn and damaged.
